In this tech based world we live in, there is no real need for snail mail. We can literally get everything we need sent to us via email (bills, money, pictures, evites, e-gift codes). If you really need something, you run out and get it. But I remember when the mail delivery service was still the main way you corresponded (no one really trusted email with the important things). When I was younger, I would write letters to pen-pals & friends and send/receive little gifts through the mail.

I think others have started to see the value and fun in getting mail again, because companies have embraced the online shopping experience. It's $10 a month, and you can sign up for a month to month service, cancel-able at any time. Or you can sign up for a year, and save 2 months!
