What’s New in the 2019 Premium Starter Kit From Young Living!
Hey y’all! So I just wanted to do a supplemental “update” post to go along with my original Premium Starter Kit post. My goal with this particular post is to share the add ons and variations to the 2019 Premium Starter Kit because although there are still a lot of the same basic oils, there are some really cool improvements. This is what’s new in the 2019 premium starter kit from Young living!

There are still some in stock if you’d prefer that one over 2019’s. But here’s why I think it’s a good idea to invest in the 2019 Premium Starter Kit instead.
2019 Add Ons!
The new Young Living 2019 Premium Starter Kit! A steal for $165, worth over $400!!
Let’s start with the add-ons first because that’s fun and the coolest part about the 2019 premium starter kit (psk). First of all, there is an additional oil!! In the previous starter kits there were only 11 essential oils and blends. This premium starter kit has 12! That is H U G E.
There is also an additional roller ball included. The 2018 premium starter kit had one roller, this kit has two! Yay! The rollers are great because you can literally pop off the plastic stopper top on the oil blends and pop on the roller ball and start using the blends right away! The stress away roller from the premium starter kit is life-changing! It’s literally my favorite blend and I wear it at least seven times a day.

The other add on is the Thieves hand purifier. This is hand sanitizer made using the Thieves blend. This is a hand purifier in its most natural form and unlike other hand sanitizers that dry your hands out, this one actually moisturizes your hands. I’m so glad this came in the 2019 PSK because I don’t know that I would’ve tried it otherwise!

New oils for 2019!
Now let’s talk about the variation in oil’s. They have included Peace & Calming and Valor. My uplines talk about Valor all the time. It was in my enrollers PSK five years ago when she first started. Everyone talks about how great and amazing this blended is and I was super excited to try it. When I ran out of pretty much all of my oils from my first PSK, it just made sense to get the 2019 kit because Valor and Peace & Calming were included, as well as everything else I needed. At this point though, I do not need any more premium starter kits, so I think I will get on Essential Rewards to refill my starter kit oils and earn some cash back credit to put towards other Young Living products and oils.

The second essential oil, Peace & Calming is really great if you have kids or you have an overactive mind. A lot of my mom friends also recommended Peace & Calming. You can diffuse it or add to roller blends. It just made sense to get the kit again because this was included along with everything else I needed. Really glad they included Peace & Calming!
They only took out one oil and that was Copiaba. I use Copiaba in my skin care/beauty regimen. And it’s also good for teething babies. But that’s really all I use it for. There are more uses for it, but I haven’t tried them. I think more people would have better use with Peace & Calming and Valor.
Is it really worth it?
And here is why I think the 2019 Premium Starter Kit is worth it. If you were to buy all of these products individually, it would cost you $422.10. This kit is only $165! That’s 62% off retail!! You get the best and most common oils used for every day, healthy living. Plus you get all the other things on top of that!

I joined as a member of Young Living at the beginning of October. I have used oil’s every day since. I started out kind of slow, only diffusing them (and rolling Stress Away like crazy!) because that was easy to do and I knew how to do it. There are tons of recipes on Pinterest and from your upline (I would love to be yours!) if you need them.
I also DIY our roller bottles. I have made blends for sleep, eczema (for myself and daughter), for fevers and coughs (hello cold and flu season), immunity rollers for the adults and one for each of my kids (different strengths based on age). And I bought their Stress Away roller because I used it so much.

It’s so great to have a healthy way to cleanse and purify your home with the highest quality grade essential oils. I know they’re working! Defusing substandard oils in your home may not be that big of an issue, but when you’re putting them on your skin, on your kids skin? I would definitely think twice about using oils from Amazon or the like.
Since young living oils are such high grade and quality, it is safe to ingest some of them. All of the oils in their “vitality” line (white labels) are able to be ingested. Of course you still need to do your research on the proper ways to ingest oils, but I have added a drop or two to my water for flavor and added health benefits.
While I was waiting for my kit to arrive, I literally ran out of all of the oils that I need for our daily care and life. I have my diy rollers, but nothing to diffuse!! I was literally jonesing for my kit to come. I didn’t think I would care that much about oils and I honestly didn’t think I would use my starter kit that often, if at all. This is definitely a lifestyle change for me and my family. I’m excited to get on essential rewards (ER) to be able to restock my oil’s from the premium starter kit (I need them now!) and also be able to afford to try their other products with some of the cash credit I earn back from being on the essential rewards program.
These are the oils I had left over from my first kit. They are about 1/2 way used or more.

But you don’t have to tap into that side of Young Living if you don’t want to.
I share Young Living’s products, right now their Premium Starter Kit, because I think it’s worth it and a good investment for you and/or your family‘s health. My kids sleep better and longer since using essential oils, we’re healthier for longer periods of time, we have a natural first aid kit (thanks to our immunity roller blends), my skin is healthier and more radiant from using pure essential oils and I am less stressed (because of stress away, ya know)!
