Summer Ready

Our weather in Columbia South Carolina is all over the place. One day it'll be cloudy and 60, the next day it will be sunny and 80. You literally never know what to wear or stock your wardrobe with most of the time.  

But when it’s sunny and 80, you put on shorts and a T-shirt. This style is the most comfortable and easy look to re-create (especially for moms on the go). The shorts are actually hand distressed by me (DIY coming soon!). They were my brothers old jeans and they didn't fit him, so I took them and turned them into cut off's. I think they turned out pretty well for my first cut off DIY. And you can never go wrong with a basic white tea. Comfy, casual, simple and you still look put together. I added a red lip and sunglasses to give it a more classic sophisticated vibe. And my strappy sandals are a step up from flip-flops.

Enjoy those moments of sun, whenever you can! And remember to keep it classic and chic. Moms can look good too, there's no rule against that. :) Happy Wednesday <3 Amanda
