Easy & Simple Mom Style

Where are my moms at?! Do you feel totally unkempt and disorganized? Are you stressed getting ready in the morning? Ever wonder how some moms always look so put together and stylish? Let me give you some encouragement and secrets.

It's OK to wear your hair in a messy bun most days of the week. It's OK if you can only get in 3 showers a week. It's OK if you've worn the same outfit on repeat, because it's super comfy and looks great on you. It's OK if it only takes you five minutes to get ready and you still look styled and put together.

We're all just trying to make it through this wonderful, crazy time called motherhood. So don't beat yourself up if you just can't find the time or energy to get ready in the morning.

Just throw on some lipstick, shades, wrap your hair in a bun, and toss on some clothes and no one will ever know that you didn't even try. That's what I did with my style this morning. I'm pretty sure it only took me 5 minutes to get ready.

I love this thrifted pineapple top. It was such a great find! The teal purse just completed the whole look. Oh, and of course the bold magenta lip distracts from the fact that I have absolutely zero makeup on. My sunglasses also help to cover up that evidence, and since it's extremely sunny today I have no reason to take them off. My hair was a train wreck this morning, and with no time to shower, I just pulled it up in a bun.

See, if I can do it, you can do it too. Things that make you look like you actually tried to put yourself together: bold lipstick, sunglasses, heels. These items are always chic and add class & style to any outfit. And good news, they come in so many options, you'll never have to worry about what to wear again!
