The Best Summer Tropical Styles
I have really been digging the tropical prints this season. They remind me of relaxing beaches and a tropical vacation, which as a mom these are in short supply. There are a couple stores that I've found not only affordable prices, but beautiful prints!
Old Navy blew me away with the amount of diversity in their spring and summer line. They have two prints in particular that I am in love with (shown below), that also come in different pieces. They have these patterns in tops, dresses, skirts, and shorts. I love when companies do this with a print they think will be successful, because usually they are right! I know personally, I would like these prints in more pieces than just one, and I'm glad they’ve thought about that. I've also included some plus size and maternity options, because these prints are perfect for EVERYBODY.
I'm not usually a skirt person, for some reason. I like skirts, and think they're really cute (especially modest mini skirts), but they are hard to wear as a mom. That's why I stick to dresses or shorts. But I just could not pass up this beautiful tropical print skirt. I love the color, fit, style and the length. It's perfect for moms, but still so pretty and feminine.
This dress is really unique because of the print. There are so many different palm leaf prints out there, and this one in my opinion is just the best! The palm leaves don't look like feathers or weird unnatural colors. They obviously look like they're from a palm tree, and are this beautiful green shade that's perfect for summer. The dress itself is really comfortable and very flattering as well. This dress style comes in many different prints, and this specific pattern is in another style dress as well.
Old Navy is totally killing it with prints and adorable styles this year. I feel like I usually enjoy their styles and options, but this year they really out did themselves. I literally wanted everything in the store! These are my exact looks below...
If you don't find what you're looking for in store, you could always check online! Online offers all of the color/print options that may not be available in the store near you. I love how affordable their clothes are and they're always having a sale! Old Navy is definitely one of my favorite retail stores.
