Spring, Please!

Welcome to the first day of March!! Apparently the first day of spring is the 20th, and today was a high of 87. That's living in the south folks... I'm really hoping we get a good spring season this year because I love spring. It's like the perfect temperature. It's still cool in the mornings and night, but during the day it's 60-70s. And you can wear sleeveless pieces with jeans or a wrap. However, with hot days like today already starting so soon into March, I don't think we're going to have very much spring. I wore this outfit last weekend for brunch, when it was perfect spring weather. I just love white and denim for this season. White is so fresh and crisp (plus you won't get overheated). And of course I always have to wear denim because I have a toddler boy I have to chase around. I love simple pieces that are still elegant and classy.

My tank is from Old Navy. I got it at the end of last years spring sales. Jeans are Hollister; got them for $16 using Cali Club Rewards and they were on sale! Booties were a gift but from 6pm (my favorite place to get great quality shoes at discounted pricing). And my current love, my rose gold plated (more affordable) necklace is from Jewelry Warehouse, brand Lafonn. Cool thing about this necklace is, the diamonds are man-made, so they're ethical. You'd never know it looking at it, it's such an elegant piece!
